What are the reasons/motivation for this change?
Supporting the imctk-eqy-engine from EQY
Explain how this is achieved.
The EQY imctk strategy that is about to be added will use this engine to re-use SBY's aiger flow to prepare a miter for equivalence checking.
If applicable, please suggest to reviewers how they can test the change.
This can be tested with any SBY project that works with the aiger engine, but is intended for equivalence checking miters.
